We stand behind every product we make and sell. The greatest care is given to all our work, but sometimes things just don't go as you hope. In the event of defective products or returns, please use the following guidelines before submitting a claim to customer service:

Defects

All rustic products are guaranteed against defect for 60 days from the date of purchase. This applies to breakage resulting from faulty clasps, hidden cracks in clay, bad binding, split wood, etc. As much as we would like to, we cannot afford to replace product broken or damaged from normal wear and tear, misuse or accident. Since the damage due to either cause may look similar, we will have to trust you. If we do not feel we are responsible, we will discuss matters further to come to an agreement. But overall, please remember, Crafts must be cared for no matter what material they are made from, so treat your product with care.

Returns

If upon receiving your product you are not satisfied, you may return it for a full refund or an exchange within 14 days of your purchase date.
